We treat ourselves well. You won't have worry about getting a great computer, as many monitors as you could wish for, very comfortable chair, and massages twice a month.  Everyone sits down to free catered lunch & dinner on weekdays.  And don't believe what other startups tell you, we were the ones that pioneered fine-liquor fridays. Our office is comfortable, naturally well-lit, and one block from SF Caltrain.
